Account access
Clients can contact their trainer for invitation and password help. Trainers and clients can also email support if they cannot sign in or need help updating account information.
Privacy requests
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account data, email support from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
